Italy-Libya: Interparliamentary Group to consolidate cooperation between the two countries

Rome, Oct. 18: ” An Italy-Libya interparliamentary friendship group has been established at the Senate to weld the cooperation and collaboration relationship between the two states,” says Fratelli d’Italia Senator Marco Scurria.

Senator Scurria will serve as Chairman of the Group while Ettore Rosato is vice Chairman and Elena Murelli will serve as Secretary. The establishment of the Intergroup was attended by the Libyan Ambassador to Italy, H.E. Muhannad Saeed Ahmed Younes, and the President of the Joint Italian-Arab Chamber of Commerce Cesare Trevisani and the President of the Italian-Libyan Chamber of Commerce Nicola Colicchi.
