Open finance, decentralised finance, digital assets and ESG-related finance have been identified as key trends driving innovation in the next five years, says a report. It also reinforces Dubai’s leading role in driving innovation in financial services.
The report titled ‘Drivers of Innovation in Financial Services’ issued by Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the leading global financial centre in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region, in collaboration with Refinitiv, a London Stock Exchange Group business and one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure, reveals a five-year outlook for innovation in the financial services industry.
