We are proud to welcome our new member, Avv. Fausto De Angelis, Founding Partner of “FDA Law Firm” – Legal Services in Business Law.
He has 25 years of background and experience as an international corporate lawyer both “in-house” with large corporations and in private practice.
Throughout his professional career, Avv. De Angelis has gained extensive experience in the field of business law both in Italy and abroad providing entrepreneurs with skills and legal services for a safe and secure process of internationalization and development in foreign markets (especially the USA, MENA countries and Eastern Europe). In these countries he has trained his skills on solid projects with a wide-ranging national and international scope, managing all-encompassing aspects of a legal and corporate nature.
The focus of his advisory is on international business Contract Law, Compliance, Corporate M&A, Labour and Trade Union law serving large companies and SMEs. Clients are accompanied throughout their journey of understanding needs and objectives with a view to complementarity with the business case presented, which is studied and understood to offer the best legal solutions.
He is Legal Advisor to important institutions and Trade Associations such as Milan Confindustria (Assolombarda) and CONFAPI (Association of Small and Medium Industries) as well as to Export development bodies. He graduated in Law from “La Sapienza” University in Rome and completed post-graduate studies in Business Law at Harvard Law School and in General Management and Strategy at SDA Bocconi.
