KSA - Saudi Arabia signed the Multilateral Instrument

KSA signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (the MLI).

The MLI is the first multilateral treaty, allowing jurisdictions to integrate results from the OECD/G20 BEPS Project into their existing networks of bilateral tax treaties and closing the gaps in existing international rules that lower taxation artificially.

The MLI has been signed by some of JIACC member States (and two have expressed the wishdom to sign) and will be having an impact on Italian businesses in mid-long term.
